After two and a half months of play, serious work, making new friends, it was time to go back to school. This time however, we're not going back as freshies anymore.
So, we met up and went to school together on the first day. The moment i saw my new class during our first tutorial, i knew my reluctance of coming into LSCM option was confirmed. I still remembered i told Kay that i can't see myself working together with them. I don't know why but i just felt like that. My first impression of the class wasn't that great. But then again if history had proven itself, it's that first impressions are always wrong.
And just on the first day itself the guy up there decide to drop a bomb down here. Turns out that one of my tutors was in charge of the appeal of classes. She knew i wasn't very interested in LSCM and offered to help me switch options. So for the rest of the day i spent the whole time thinking if i should go instead of staying in LSCM.
So it feels like secondary school again, bumping into people i know here and there. And i think the class i was in charge during orientation is doing quite well? Since most of the time i see them in school they are all together. They even went to Lollipop together last night. No offence though, but i think their class is much more bonded then my previous class.
Its two weeks since school started and i'm still having the holiday mood. No need to say its time i start doing something.
I still got some more stuffs to say but i guess its not time yet.

Finally i have some free time to sit down and start writing.
I think this, is one of the post with the most things i want to cover.
Let's talk about how i spent the last week of holidays first. I dedicated myself to the year 1s, trying to help them get use to the new environment and such. By being a facilitator for a class. U can ask me why would i waste my time and energy doing these stuffs when i can relax and make better use of my last week. Hmm.. I think perhaps it was my facilitator when i was a freshie inspired me? I felt it was kinda fun being the first one the new year 1s will come into contact when they just enter poly. Maybe i was hoping to see their class bond together like how my class did, initially. But anyways i felt i wasn't a really good facilitator. I don't know in what way but i just felt i didn't do a really great job.
And what did i get in return from doing all this? Waking up early at around 6 for 4 days and returning home totally dead. I still had POC meeting after flag day (in which i played basketball with some of the guys instead of selling flags). Taking a class of 21 people alone was quite manageable. But i think all those people who didn't sign up for FOP missed out on a very very great experience. A experience that u can only experience once.
And i think i'm not exaggerating when i say i got to know around 50 people through this freshman orientation. Be it the orientation camp or orientation program. Even those people who i really don't know at all we still did talk. But the main thing is that out of all these new bunch of people i got to know, two of them stands out pretty much. And i'll probably talk about them in the near future. Haha
Ok now let's rewind and go through what i have done during this holiday.
First of all i made it a point to swim with Kay almost 2 times every week. And i'm glad to say this time Syakir joined us too. We even went to bedok once just to swim. So, the three of us had a really great time swimming, sun tanning and talking. Second thing is that i also made it a point to play basketball 2 to 3 times a week. However this time i'm not playing with my team anymore, but my secondary school juniors. Since most of them got into SP and we're all going to audition for school team (like finally there's people who i can go to the audition with). Funny thing is that now i'm closer to them then my teammates. Next thing is the weekly POC meeting ever since the last week of feb. And we're still having the meetings even when school reopened. I think u can imagine how much effort we are putting in for this camp. Didn't really do much with Momoders this time round compared to the previous holiday since some of us were quite busy and stuff. But we did still try to meet up here and there. And of course not forgetting the wonderful FOP experience that i went through.
Anyways i think that's about it. Can't really remember the other stuffs i did but the top were the highlights. And i'm glad that i didn't work at all during this 10 weeks because i think all these experience i had, money can never buy.
I'll talk about how i handled the first week of school and stuffs so stay tune. Haha

Disclaimer. Please read the story below if u're really free and have nothing else better to do. I can't assure u that the story will be interesting and exciting but what i can assure u is that its 100% true.
The story of a boy and braces.Once upon a time, there was a boy. The boy grew up with not so straight teeth since young, but it didn't affect him much. One day as usual the boy went for a routine dental check up in school. The dentist suggested to him that he should put on braces since his teeth weren't that straight. He went home and told his parents about it and they too felt he should put on braces. He was reluctant at first but somehow his dad managed to pull him to the dentist. So he signed up and was put on the waiting list. All that was when the boy was in primary 6. So the boy just carried on with life and soon forgotten all about the braces. One fine day when the boy was in secondary 3, he received a call. It was from the national dental center and they said it was his turn on the waiting list. This time however, the boy knew it was trouble. You see, this boy didn't like braces at all. He thought that wearing them makes him look stupid and ugly. He tried convincing his parents that he did not want to wear them but failed in the end. He knew he was in deep shit. So, he went to his first dental check up and found out that he needed to pull out 4 teeth. The first 2 teeth that was pulled out made him bleed constantly even after many hours and even caused him to have high fever. At that point of time the boy did not want to carry on anymore since the pain was simply unbearable. But it was all too late, because if he were to stop there would be two missing teeth. And so he blamed his parents for causing him so much pain and agony. He couldn't do anything about it but to carry on with the progress. And every time the dentist tightened the wires of the braces, it was so painful that he couldn't eat for at least a few days. You can say its the price to pay for being vain but the problem is, IT WASN'T HIS IDEA OF PUTTING BRACES AT ALL. The parents told the boy that someday he will thank them instead of blaming them. And so helplessly, the boy carried on with life again. With a blink of an eye, two and a half years have passed just like that. When the boy knew that he was finally able to take out the braces he was very happy at first. But after when he took out and looked at himself in the mirror, he noticed something missing. And soon he realised like everything else that had been with him for quite some time, he grew a sentimental value for the braces. How ironic considering how much he hated braces at first. And now he also realised that his parents were right. He's grateful at them for letting him put on braces while he was still young and not wait till he was older. And so the boy carried on with life. This time however, the braces won't be there anymore.
Hmm.. anyways. I don't want to keep talking bout this new good friend or senior or elder sister in every post but. I think our relationship just got better? Like up a notch. Since now our "hotlines" will be on 24/7 for each other if we ever feel like talking to anyone bout anything. And we're both serious about this.

So the past few days had been hectic. I brought my two japanese cousins around singapore for sight seeing and attractions. And boy did we went to quite a few places. Sentosa, underwater world, dolphin lagoon, esplanade, Merlion park and many more.
And after everyday i still rush back to school to join the rest for Primers RPC. I thought since i still have a few hours at night why not make the full use of it. Went for the bbq on the first night, went home and came back on the second night to camp in school. Its amazing how i can just go like that without bringing any sleeping bag or clean clothes. Free and easy. The way i like it.
I think she got the impression that i like younger girls. Since i told her quite a few encounters of mine recently. There were a few times i really really wanted to tell her that i like older girls. But of course i didn't. Because i don't want to affect our friendship. I doubt i'll be letting her know though, since after all its just attraction. But i think she makes a good elder sister or a good good friend. And i guess in the future if i have any problems with school work i can ask her? Since she took the same option as me. Haha
But i think all these are not the main point. The main point is to make POC successful. And she'll be happy. Which is the main point.
