Critical injury number two.
Its been some time that he contributed much to the team. For every match he played, there's bound to be mistakes that he shouldn't make. Mistakes aside, even scoring for the team is like reaching for the sky. When he saw an opening he thought this was his chance. He ran, tried to do his usual half moon reverse layout. This time however, it was different.
The ball didn't went in, the opponent accidentally clamped his leg and he landed on his leg sideways. The moment his feet was on the ground he felt something wrong. He took two steps and fell to the ground. His ankle felt wrong, very wrong. In his heart he prayed that it wasn't serious. Because five years ago he had that same feeling. It was his right wrist then, but still. He didn't want to go through it all over again. After some help from his friends, he took a rest at the side. But continued playing later on.
It turns out to be a mistake, a very bad mistake.
